Hello, if you didn't use your money wisely but by luck got to a higher level than your equipment alows, then you get stuck there because there is no way to go to a lower level to earn money and get a better weapon.
my way of beating the game is you complete level 1 buy the ninja star orb then use that until level 7 then once you have $200 then buy the gattling gun and from then on you should be good to go and complete the rest
